Patience is a virtue when creating artistic photographs . Waiting for the light to be just right, and results in extraordinary images.
This was created in camera w/o any help from Photoshop.

I work very hard to take what I do seriously
I work very hard to not take myself too seriously.

I attended the Brooks Institute which was, at the time, the best photography school in the world. It was at here that I learned that technical excellence in craft and creativity were the only acceptable standards.  I successfully developed my 30 + year career as a professional location photographer and have worked on commercial projects nationwide**.  I have been published internationally in hundreds of brochures and many times in print publications such as the Wine Spectator, the NY Times,  Architectural Digest, Dwell, and the Robb Report.

The new generation of Nikon digital cameras and lenses, when combined with the Sony /Nikon hybrid sensor, have dramatically reshaped this art form and now, as never before, make is possible to create high dynamic range images that are truly stunning. The only limitation is our imagination.
